Wish List

One of my main hobbies is crafting, specifically repurposing. I go stir crazy If I go long periods of time without making things from other things. However, in order to do my projects, I need materials. Some of my ideas are not so easy to make happen, because some of my preferred materials are not easy to find. Because two heads (or two million when it comes to the net) are better than one, I am sharing my wish list with you. These are some of the items I am looking for to make my crafts happen. I will try to post photos of me making things with anything found through this wish list. If you are local and willing to give them up for free, that would be great. If you are local and know where to find them for free/sale, that’s not bad either. Drop me a line in the comment section if you have a lead.

Weathered boat oar/paddle (broken is fine, I just need the paddle portion)
Two foot long broken fishing rod parts (specifically sections that include the most flexible portion of the rod, give or take one eyelet)
Barn boards (can never have too many of these)
Corks
Coin operated things (parking meters, phone booths, etc)
Decorative bed headboards and foot boards
Pickup tailgates
Expired license plates
Plastic coke crates
Plastic Milk Crates
Cloth bags with logos (burlap coffee sacks, flour sacks, etc)
Maybe broken lamps (for parts, I’m always building lamps it seems)
Concert Wristbands (here’s why)
Cigar boxes
Wine Corks
Wood soda crates
Mirrors
Wood Pallets
Old Horse/farm stuff (shoes, hames, lariat, collars, blankets, spurs)
Cow Stanchions
Wire Spools
Large old signs
Vintage refrigerator

Keep checking back, as I will keep adding to this page occasionally.
